After the Superhit movie 'Shikkar' Mohanlal & Director M.Padmakumar join again for their second project titled 'Kanal', Scripted by S.Suresh Babu. Anoop Menon will be playing a prominent role in this movie along with Mohanlal.The movie will be produced by Abraham Mathew. The movie also stars Honey Rose, Sheelu Abraham, Pratap Pothen and Atul Kulkarni in prominent roles. Speaking about the subject, M Padmakumar, its director, says, "The story unfolds during a train journey. Two unknown people meet in the train and how this journey changes their lives forms the plot."
Padmakumar assures that Mohanlal fans will have a reason to cheer as the actor will be seen in never-seen-before avatar. "There will be multiple variations in his get-up as the movie will capture three to four stages of his life."
